Shanghai is where Muping grew up, and the alleyways, as a characteristic feature representing the urban culture of modern period Shanghai, have an inseparable connection with Muping. As the city developed, many of these alleyways were demolished, and people gradually moved away from this type of residence. However, I believe the memories of living here still remain. Therefore, Muping created a graphic book to reminisce about the past and provide people from other places an opportunity to glance at Shanghai's humanities and cultures.
