Muping Zhao is an illustrator from Shanghai, China, currently based in London.

In 2023, she completed her BA degree at Nottingham Trent University. She graduated from the Goldsmiths, University Of London in 2024 with a master degree in children's book illustration.

​

She excels at incorporating storytelling into her illustrations and designs, which has led her into the world of picture book creation. She loves travelling and cherishing the small moments in life, so her works often focus on the beauty and warmth of everyday life, conveying joy and love.
